Everything about Ban totally explained

Baní is a capital town of the Peravia Province, Dominican Republic. It is located at around . It is the commercial and manufacturing center in a region producing bananas and coffee. Once controlled by Spain, most of the families still have strong ties with those of Spain.
   Its culture and customs were portraited on the novel Bani o Engracia y Anto-ita wrote by Francisco Gregorio Billini. The local beach is Playa Los Almendros (Almendros Beach) is the local beach, situated 6 KMs (3.72 miles) to the south of the center square. The town's original design follows the clasic spanish square, with a park in the center of the town sorrounded by the Local church and the local government (mayor's office).
   The city's Patron Saint patron is Nuestra Senora de Regla whose celebration is on November 21 each year.
   Bani is sorrounded by many smaller townns, many with particular identities, such as: Paya is well known around the country for is milk base candies the most famous one the Dulce de Leche (milk candy), Salinas is famous for its Sand Dunes the only ones in the Caribbean.
